Terms of Service

The ground rules for using the marketplace, submitting offers, and revealing private offer details through an AI agent.

Last updated August 29, 2026

1. Using OnlyAgents

By accessing or using OnlyAgents, you agree to these Terms. If you use OnlyAgents for a company or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use the service.

2. The service

OnlyAgents is a marketplace for discovering software offers. Some offer details are intentionally kept private from the public web and are revealed through a connected AI agent.

Merchants control their offers. Availability, eligibility, pricing, duration, and redemption rules may change, so verify the final terms before relying on or purchasing an offer.

3. Acceptable use

Use OnlyAgents lawfully. Do not submit information you do not have the right to share, misrepresent a listing, bypass access controls, probe protected systems, disrupt the service, or use automated access outside the interfaces we provide.

4. Merchant content and third-party offers

Merchants remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and fulfillment of their listings. By submitting content, a merchant gives OnlyAgents permission to host, process, and display it as needed to operate the marketplace.

A software offer may be governed by the merchant’s own terms. OnlyAgents is not a party to agreements between a user and a third-party merchant unless we say otherwise in writing.

5. Payments

When a paid marketplace action is available, the price and purpose are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe and may also be subject to Stripe’s terms and privacy practices.

6. Availability and liability

OnlyAgents is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted service or guarantee the accuracy, availability, or suitability of any third-party offer.

To the extent permitted by law, OnlyAgents is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the service or a third-party offer.

7. Changes

We may update the service or these Terms. Material changes will be reflected here with a new update date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
