We also receive basic technical and usage data needed to operate the website and agent connection, such as request details, timestamps, and activity involving deals. Stripe processes payment information when a paid action is used; OnlyAgents does not receive full payment card details.

We use information to operate and secure OnlyAgents, review and publish listings, reveal eligible offer details through connected agents, operate paid marketplace rankings and measure deal activity, process paid actions, diagnose problems, and improve the service.

Private offer values are not intended for public indexing. They are stored for marketplace operation and returned through the OnlyAgents agent connection when a supported reveal request is made.

We share information with service providers that help us run OnlyAgents, including hosting, database, and payment providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the service or its users, or as part of a business transfer.

We do not sell personal information.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the marketplace, maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention may vary by data type and account status.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, subject to legal and operational limits. You can also stop using the service or disconnect the OnlyAgents agent integration at any time.
